OPENING Nikke Naeme & Lotti van der Gaag 'Cowboys in K-holes'

We warmly welcome you to the opening of ‘Cowboys in K-holes’ at the Ambassade Art Gallery. This exhibition features work of contemporary artist Nikke Naeme next to the artwork of Lotti van der Gaag (1923–1999), who is closely associated with the CoBrA movement.

Divided over our two gallery locations, the layered artworks exploring the complexities of the human being by Nikke Naeme will be mixed with the hybrid creatures of Lotti van der Gaag, creating a dialogue between two distinct worlds, connected by their imaginative and unconventional approach to the human figure.

From 15.00 we would like to welcome you with open arms at both of our gallery spaces. At Oude Spiegelstraat 7, you can have a look at a small selection of works from the exhibition, while the grand opening and the main part of ‘Cowboys in K-holes’ will be on view at Herengracht 319. The doors close around 19.00.
